Is the brunette motorcycle rider at the traveling thrill show actually a pornstar? A bored nouveau-riche couple and their grown son decide to embarrass the girl, inviting her home to watch the stag film and confront her for their amusement. But to their suprise as they watch the film again the actors have changed! The tables are turned as each falls under her mysterious spell. She seems able to make their sex fantasies come true, revealing their secrets and exposing their hidden selves.

Married bisexual swingers Elvira and Jack scoff at middle class morality, but are bored with the easy swingers who answer their ad in Screw Magazine. Seeking a challenge Elvira invites vanilla newlyweds over for dinner, drugs, and seduction (not necessarily in that order). But the inexperienced couple proves hard to crack due to a smorgasbord of immature sexual hang ups.

Just as their evening threatens to become boring,Jack bets Elvira that he can score with the groom before she does with the bride. Think Lickerish Quartet meets Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf with the script from Beyond the Valley of the Dolls and you start to get the idea. It’s extremely campy, and refreshingly unrepentant.

Radley Metzger directs this mod retelling of a yummy policeman who is led into a life of blackmail, prostitution, and drugs, seduced by the swinging scheming Carmen, Baby.

“Camille 2000″ (1969)

Radley Metzger’s stylish erotic films might be tame by today’s standards, but Camille 2000 is like champagne on valium, a swinging Euro-sex movie set to a chill bosa nova soundtrack by legendary Cinecitta composer Piero Piccioni. Enrico Sabbatini’s sets are off the hook. Marguerite’s bedroom is a cloud of clear bubble furniture and stacked light cubes. The walls are wrapped in white industrial tiles and mirrors.

Metzger once said that he treats his sex scenes like musical numbers, since they serve a very similar function within his films: visual spectacles of choreography and music. The film’s showstopper is an S&M themed orgy with gilded stockades, a jailcell and hottubs, and Paco Rabanne-inspired aluminium dresses.
