Pure genius! An Ivy Generator by Thomas Luft grows 3D ivy and branches up, over, and across any OBJ, then exports it’s own model of the creeping vine. The longer it grows the more vines are created and a knotty realistic base forms from the single root.

Very satisfying to watch the ivy explore your geometry shooting tendrils into the surface and lookinng for a foothold. Arcadian vines can smother civilizations and provide dense ground cover. Hoo hoo!

An Ivy Generator is provided as a free download for Mac, Linux, and Windows, but Luft has generously allowed his ivy to be used in commercial projects. Wonderful!
