At the Tabernacle I was situated away from the mainstage with some of the other thematic stations, so I turned my bluescreen into an station for interactive eyecandy. Although the set-up was pretty simple (long live quad-mirror!) people dug the “hand jive” and minimal visuals. The Roots are like the thinking-man’s hiphop, and the ability to jump in and create some cerebrial patterns fit with the intelligent vibe. Great night. I love Atlanta!
